Leaving Wakuraonsen, we visited Yamanotera, the collective name for a number of the temples located on a hill in Nanao. A quiet atmosphere was the first feeling when we came here. I really liked such place where I could have peaceful time to think about myself. Yamanotera also helps visitors understand a large part of Japanese culture including ancient buildings and religion of Japanese people. In addition, the road leading to these temples is very romantic and beautiful with many wild flowers along both of sides. This increases these places of scenic beauty. ...

On the second day of this tour, we came to Wakura onsen, one of the best high-class hot spring resorts in Japan. It is located in Nanao City of Ishikawa, facing nice Nanao Bay. Placing the first step into this resort, I was impressed by its design and atmosphere. Modern architecture and Japanese arts seem to be combined harmoniously. At the main hall, the faintly redolent of sandalwood and melodious music made us relaxed. This resort has attracted both the locals and foreign visitors who want to enjoy peaceful trip. We saw the whole of Nanao city when we were on elevator from the 20th floor to the ground floor. Besides, there is a morden bar which looks a big umbrella below the rain. Especially, the hotel receptionists are very polite and beautiful. In my opinion, at this excellent resort, all things from furniture to staff are so perfect. Visiting this resort is worth ! ...

From the center of Kanawaza city, it took about one and half hours to Wajima, a small city in the middle of the Noto Peninsula, Ishikawa. After rain, the morning view was gorgeous with the sun striking the fog peaked the city in the distance. The first place we visited was the morning market which is set to run every morning (except the 10th and 25th of every month). My impression to the tiny coastal morning market was its various goods and its display. There are many stalls stand in a long line along the street and a lot of handicraft as well as food such as fresh vegetables, seafood, fried food, mountain plant and so on. All goods are arranged beautifully and colorfully in order to attract customers. Sellers are so funny and friendly. They are ready to give visitors small gifts such as wood-made chopsticks although visitors do not buy any goods. This market not only introduces a large part of Japanese culture but provides goods for the locals in their daily life. ...
